Here’s how it works. Fill out our Housing Application (No Application Fees!) and a member of our team will review your application and call you to set up a tour of the unit and the resort. Also, please keep in mind, as an added benefit, if you schedule your tour on a Monday or a Tuesday you and your family can stay in the unit for free. Think of it like taking a test drive. - Be enrolled in Fall & Spring semesters at CCU
- Provide a valid student ID and proof of enrollment
- Sign a lease agreement and follow all resort property rules
